1449AM URB is one of the UK's oldest student radio stations, founded in May 1973. The station is located in the heart of the student Centre in Norwood House. 1449AM URB, with over 100 members, is the largest student media outlet at the University of Bath Students' Union. The station is led by a dedicated team of 12 students that make up the URB committee. With a rich history spanning over four decades, 1449AM URB continues to serve as a platform for student voices, music, and community engagement.
